How many times ae we disappointed with live versions of songs... but not this! They were brilliant; a hell of a voice and a band equally as tight as they were 30 years prior.

Thanks for the information. This song suits Alan's voice so much. I would love to watch a live performance of Alan singing this song, but, I don't suppose this will happen. I saw Alan with the new line-up in Ploemeur, France a couple of years ago. They were absolutely brilliant. I got to speak to most of the guys (we were staying at the same hotel) but Alan does not seem to be interested in doing any new material. It was a wonderful experience to meet Alan and most of the new line-up and Charles Hermand was so charming! I wonder if Peter A would let someone else record this song.

This was an amazing live version, so rich and full with both Clive and Harvey (RIP). Voices and harmonies still top notch. I wish I’d been there.
